Dining room and kitchen have hardwood floors and the kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances. The master is on the first floor with a full bath and washer/dryer off the bathroom area. There is also a wood paneled den for office use or a library. The basement is finished with walk out to patio and half a bath. Two car garage with garage door openers. Due to the PA governor's orders Arbors Management Inc will only schedule showings to those who need to move within the next 30 days. If you've experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 we will not be able to meet you in person. After review of the photos and video (video will be available early May) please complete the application online. I will be in touch with you directly with the next steps. We will not process your application until you view the property in person or approve us to do so based on the video tour. Therefore, the application fee ($40) will be refundable if credit/criminal/eviction background check is not actually processed.
