Hope you enjoy our recently remodeled fully furnished mother in law apartment. With recent additions such as new flooring, heated towel rack, and washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy figs and plums from the garden.
Welcome to our fully furnished mother in law daylight basement apartment. We recently remodeled all of it in July 2026. You will have your own separate entrance. Brand new windows and slider door. All utilities are included besides internet. The backyard space will be shared with mature trees. Enjoy views of the garden/backyard. Help yourself to fresh plums and figs in the Summer/Fall. Sorry no pets, our elderly dog does not get along with other pets but loves people. We previously AirBnB our old home. Off street parking is available. Please note the electrical panel, HVAC system, and tankless water heater are located for our home are located in the daylight basement. We would give plenty of heads up if we needed to access it. Hope you enjoy our fully furnished daylight basement. The kitchen will be stocked with all of your cooking needs. In the newly remodeled bathroom you will have plenty of storage, tankless hot water, heated towel rack, set of towels, start up toiletries. You will also find your own washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom will have a set of sheets, pillows, and a comforter. Curl up on the couch while you put up your feet on the marble coffee table. Neighborhood Overview: Welcome to the Roosevelt Neighborhood. We are at the base of Alabama Hill. At the end of our street you can access the interurban trail system. A short bike ride to Galbraith Mountain, Lake Whatcom, grocery stores, downtown Bellingham, and St. Joseph's Hospital. I-5 freeway is less than a 5 minute drive.
