About This Property

Sublet.com ID 2564240. I have an awesome apartment (one shared wall in laundry room only) in a secluded oasis in Sierra Madre. I need to find someone to rent it while I am away at school. Located in a private community in what was a bird sanctuary 100 years ago- the birds never left so we have all kinds of gorgeous birds hanging out in the fruit and nut trees located all over the property. The property also has a pool built in the 1940s with a large area around it with lounge chairs, umbrella-topped tables, and bbqs. An entrance to the pool is just outside my back door! The apartment is technically a two bedroom but one bedroom is a strange shape so we use it as an office/laundry room.
