About This Home
(There are three units in this building. The two smaller units are rented 30+days and are furnished with all bills paid and do not allow pets. The three bedroom unit is a standard year+ lease that is not furnished, you pay the bills except for internet, and pets are allowed. This website doesn't allow me to list everything properly so hopefully you're reading this. Please let me know if you have any questions.) Relaxing neighborhood and only a few minutes from all the stuff you plan on doing while in ATX. Quick access by car, bike, bus, foot, rideshare, taxi... whatever, to HEB, banks, bars, eats, parks, views, pools, SoCo, and beyond. It's about a 15 minute drive to/from the airport and easy to escape towards the Hill Country without crossing through Austin's traffic woes. I've lived in Austin since 2000 and am happy to point you in the right direction for most requests. I am the owner, manage the property, and perform most of the repairs and stuff.
