The deck in front has been remodeled along with new paint and carpet inside. Water and trash is included with rent and tenant pays for gas and electric. Absolutely no smoking inside or pets permitted. Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Must consent to a background check (not paid for) $1500 deposit the day of move in Monthly income of 2.5x the rent ($3,400) Rent payment is due the 1st of every month, late payments will incur a late fee.
