I have a duplex rental that is move-in ready. It has front and rear entry and a fenced yard. With a very spacious living room with unit air conditioning to host company on the upper level and privacy in the basement where there are two bedrooms as well as a shared laundry room with shared washer and private dryer. Each unit has it's own yard, a small private deck in the rear, a spacious shared deck in front, and a lockable private storage space in the back. The deck in front has been remodeled along with new paint and carpet inside. Water and trash is included with rent and tenant pays for gas and electric. Absolutely no smoking inside or pets permitted. Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Must consent to a background check (not paid for) $1500 deposit the day of move in Monthly income of 2.5x the rent ($3,400) Rent payment is due the 1st of every month, late payments will incur a late fee. There is no application fee, you will only pay for background check after you’ve made the decision to move forward.
