In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence; it is recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The number of guests should not exceed eight at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
