There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of $350. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit, which is a pre-authorization hold. This deposit is released following a damage-free inspection after departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of in provided containers can result in fines up to $200. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property.
