The property is professionally sprayed for pests. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
