An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. The home is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is expected that any mess and/or pet waste is cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
