This cozy little building is two blocks from the beach. With only 9 units, it proves to be a friendly and quiet place to live. Every unit has at least a side view of the ocean, if not a full view of the entire Santa Monica bay. Just steps from Main Street shopping and restaurants, it's also steps away from lots of public transportation to downtown Santa Monica and any location throughout the Westside including downtown L.A. The one and two bedroom units are cozy and well maintained. There is a laundry room at the back of the building and most importantly, off street parking. This building is a gem and the location can't be beat.
