Walking in the front door you will find a spacious living room with hardwood floors, the kitchen has been recently renovated. The main level has two large bedrooms, full bath and a 3rd bedroom or office space. Downstairs has a very large family room, 3/4ths bath, 3rd bedroom or office which is a walkthrough to the laundry/storage area. Off street parking for 2 or 3 cars, street parking is easy. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, lawn/snow, and renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
