Quick access to major highways makes commutes and getaways to Banff, Kananaskis, and Canmore effortless. A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the unit, following law and fine policy. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am; please be mindful of neighbors, bylaws, and basement tenants.
