Apartment is for rent May 2018 to June 2019 Also can sublet my apartment in Winooski for May 1-June 1, 2018 for $1650 (or sign lease for May 1, 2018 to June 1 2019 for $1700) Two bedroom in a very new building on Mayo and West's Canal just past the Woolen Mill. Dog and cat friendly, laundry in basement along with storage unit, Off street parking, all new stainless steel appliances, one bathroom, air conditioner wall unit, HEAT INCLUDED and hot water included along with cold water, trash and recycling and snow removal! You only pay electric and internet. Two blocks from downtown Winooski with a ton of restaurants and bars in the area. Also one block from a fenced dog park. We love the apartment, just signed a lease with a place with a garage and yard. Please message with questions.
