Down stairs has a separate entrance with a kitchenette, a living/sleeping area with a full size bed, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, living area with ocean view bath and a private ocean view deck and grassy yard area. Home includes washer and dryer. Parking is on the front driveway, enough for 2 cars with additional street parking. Located 100 steps from the local Laguna Beach trolley and other public transportation. Take a ride to town, art festivals, restaurants and more, you may not need to have a car. Lots of ocean sports available and some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails. Beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Available for June 2022 and August 2022.
