Also, the owners will have a detached shed located behind the garage on the slope, which will not be included with the lease or for the tenant's use. Routine monthly pest control (Fowler Pest Control) is also included with rent! Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant's responsibility, are: Electric through SDG&E, Gas through AmeriGas Propane, Water through Rainbow Water District, and Trash Service through Fallbrook Refuse EDCO.
