About This Property

Start Summer with a new place to live. If you see this ad, it’s available as of July 15th, 2023 Available for rent is this Large 2 Bedroom 1 Bath, large dining room and living-room, 2 Story Duplex located in the South Side of Youngstown. The unit available is on the ground floor. Your Job is your credit and will permit SSI with Recent Award Letter as partial proof of income. There is also a 2 car driveway to share. You will have to supply your own stove and refrigerator. Rent is $695/mo Plus tenant pays all utilities (electric and gas as well as water sewer and trash) Tenant is required to pay First Month's Rent, Security Deposit Equal to the Rent and Last Month’s Rent as a requirement to move in. (3 x $695) Tenant will pay a $150 refundable water security deposit. Tenant will have to take care of Landscaping and Snow Removal. When others say no to pets, I say YES. Pets are permitted with a $30/month increase in rent per animal. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee per animal. If you have been denied in the past by other landlords and property mgmt companies because of your past (eviction/criminal), you should consider renting with my company. We give second chances. You may have to pay an extra month security deposit or present a Co-Signer, but we’ll work on getting you in.
