This listing is located on the second floor and has access to a shared patio. The living room features a couch with a sofabed and a 50" Smart TV. The dining room includes a table with 6 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We offer coffee, sugar, and creamer with your stay. Contains pots, pans, cutlery, and other necessary items like oil, salt, and pepper. We also have plates, cups, and silverware. The bathroom is stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. A hair dryer is also available. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a dresser. It's important to note that the third bed on the listing is the sofabed located in the living room. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored, the reservation will be terminated without refund. Smoking and lighting anything in this property is prohibited.
