Available June 1. Clean, well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome with nearly 1,800 sq ft of living space and a flexible three-level layout. We have owned this townhome for many years and have been fortunate to have wonderful long-term tenants in the past. Because we care about the home and want the process to be fair and consistent for everyone, we are thorough up front before anyone spends money on applications or screening. Please read the listing details carefully and message before submitting a paid application. The main level features a bright living area, hardwood flooring, central A/C, forced-air heat, a well-laid-out kitchen with included appliances, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs includes two spacious bedrooms and a Jack-and-Jill style full bathroom. The finished basement offers a separate lower-level living area, an additional bedroom, a full bathroom, under-stair storage, and a dedicated laundry area with washer/dryer hookups. Washer and dryer are not included. Carpet and paint were updated approximately 1.5 years ago, and new LVP flooring is scheduled for installation in the mid-level and basement bathrooms. Parking includes one covered carport space, with additional parking available in front of the unit. Rent includes trash and HOA-covered exterior/grounds maintenance. Tenant pays water/sewer through Cherokee Metro Water, electric/gas through Colorado Springs Utilities, and internet/cable. Convenient access to the Powers Corridor, shopping, restaurants, major roadways, Peterson Space Force Base, Schriever Space Force Base, Fort Carson, and other Colorado Springs employment centers. Lease terms: 12-month lease preferred. Renter’s insurance is required before move-in and must remain active during the lease term. No pets. Assistance animals reviewed as required by law. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Home is rented unfurnished. Some photos are virtually staged to show possible furniture placement. All occupants 18 or older must submit an application/screening report or qualifying Colorado portable tenant screening report, meet applicable rental criteria, and sign the lease if approved. Applicants must meet screening criteria, including income verification, credit/background screening where applicable, rental history verification, and reference checks. Household income must equal at least 2x the monthly rent. Minimum credit score requirement is 640+ for each adult applicant, except where Colorado law limits the use of credit information. All move-in funds, signed lease documents, proof of renter’s insurance, and any required utility setup must be completed before keys are provided. Rent payment instructions will be provided in writing before move-in. Cash is not accepted. Please message before submitting a paid application. To avoid unnecessary screening fees, rental criteria and basic pre-screening questions will be provided first. A completed application/screening report may be required before scheduling a private showing or before moving forward after a showing.

The neighborhood is also four miles north of Peterson Air Force Base so it’s a great choice for military employees and families who want to live near base. Springs Ranch features a variety of moderately priced to upscale apartments, single-family houses, and townhomes for rent. Similar to many areas in Colorado Springs, Springs Ranch has incredible views of the Rocky Mountains and several lush parks. Along plenty of parks, residents enjoy having access to an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the western portion of the neighborhood along North Powers Boulevard.
