We’re friendly, easygoing, and enjoy walks, trying new restaurants, and relaxing with a glass of wine. We also have a sweet black cat in the home. You’ll have: • Your own private bedroom and bathroom • Parking next to the house • Access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, backyard and shared spaces The house is in a great location, walking distance to Target, Trader Joe’s, Grocery Outlet, CVS, gyms, and lots of restaurants. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with. No pets please, since we already have a cat. If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message with a little about yourself!
