The third floor has two queen-size beds separated by a stairwell. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 PM for $29, 2-hour early check-in at 2 PM for $59, 1-hour late check-out at 11 AM for $29, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 PM for $59. Private parking is located directly behind the home and can fit two cars back to back. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. Bakersfield, known for its margaritas and tacos, and Jeni's Ice Cream are nearby. The Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are a 5-minute walk away. Ohio State University campus and downtown Columbus are less than 1 mile away. The home offers easy access to major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
