The fully equipped galley kitchen features sleek cabinetry, modern appliances, and ample counter space. A small marble-topped tulip table with seating for two adds a touch of elegance. The living room features tasteful furnishings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The modern bath offers a luxurious shower and elegant finishes for a spa-like experience. Sibley Square offers a community room, a 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. Parking is available for a monthly fee. Located in historic Sibley Square in downtown Rochester, this apartment is within walking distance of the Eastman School of Music, restaurants, Eastman Theater, and coffee shops. It is also within minutes of the Genesee Riverway Trail, The Strong Museum, Memorial Art Gallery, Eastman Theatre, and Gibbs Street. The building is across the street from the central bus station and within walking distance of the train terminal. Parties are not allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. The comfort or rights of neighbors must not be interfered with. Annoying sounds, odors, and lights are not allowed, including loud music, arguments, frequent and/or late-night invitees, unruly or threatening behavior, and other disturbances in the unit or anywhere on the premises. The guest must return all keys, fobs, or garage access cards upon leaving the rental. The guest is responsible for compliance with all trash recycling regulations. No parking on premises except in permitted areas. The guest must notify Management immediately upon discovering water leaks in the unit, including a toilet or faucet running or dripping, clogged drains, or cracked or leaking pipes. The guest must maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs for the unit but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture. Coasters are provided to prevent damage. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. The guest must pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. If any damage is found in the unit, the guest will be expected to cover replacement costs. Guests are not to replace items themselves. In addition to payments for damaged items, a 20% administrative fee will be charged. No pets are allowed without written permission.
