Upstairs features two large bedrooms with ample closet space: one is sunny South-facing with views of Mt Guyot and Bald Mountain, and the other has a balcony with peek-a-boo views of Lake Dillon. The upstairs bedrooms share an full bathroom, plus a linen closet for storage. Downstairs, the open living area has a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of room for living and dining spaces, a full galley kitchen, a second bathroom with shower, a spacious coat closet and mudroom, and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. A small fenced outdoor area is great for a grill or lounge chairs, and common grassy areas both behind and in front of the townhome provide lots of sun or shady aspens. Townhome also features an outdoor, locked closet for extra storage! One reserved parking spot included, with many open spots for a second car or guests. The townhome has Pergo floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Available starting Oct 15, minimum one year lease. Water, sewer, trash, plowing, and landscaping are included in rent. Dillon is a small Colorado town that’s big on scenery, from the towering peaks of the Gore and Tenmile Mountain Ranges to the pristine water of the reservoir with the same name.
