This home features 6 true bedrooms and an office with a sleeper sofa that serves as a bonus seventh bedroom, along with 4.5 bathrooms. The main living areas include a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and cozy seating, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a large dining space, and a primary suite with a king bed, spa-style en-suite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and deck access. Bedrooms 2-4 on the lower level each have queen beds and access to a shared full bath with a tub/shower. The bonus room on the top floor is set up as an office with a queen sleeper sofa and private ¾ bath, ideal for remote work or extra guests. A second living room on the lower level is great for movie nights or game time, complete with an electric fireplace, couch, and desk. The laundry room features two full washer/dryer sets for guest convenience, and a half bath is conveniently located off the main living space. Enjoy the hot tub with views and gather around the propane fire pit for crisp mountain nights. Multiple furnished decks offer space for lounging, grilling, or sipping coffee surrounded by trees. A dedicated ski rack is available for convenient and organized ski gear storage. Parking includes a two-car garage plus space for two more vehicles in the driveway. Located in a quiet, forested neighborhood just minutes from restaurants, trailheads, and resorts. Woodward is 3.9 miles away, Canyons Resort is 11 miles away, Deer Valley Resort is 15 miles away, Historic Main Street is 14 miles away, and Kimball Junction is 7.2 miles away. Popular bike and hike trails can be accessed directly from the neighborhood. Tubing hills and the nearest ski lift at Woodward are just 3.9 miles away. Canyons Resort is the closest full ski resort at 11 miles. A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter season due to local conditions. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee that can be found in the listing. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet. A $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability, a fee will be charged accordingly. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Should a pest-related medical issue be reported, guests must provide medical confirmation of the cause. We will then dispatch a third-party inspector to verify findings and determine the appropriate resolution. For doors with key access, contact guest services for lockbox instructions. For all other lockouts, guests are responsible for hiring a locksmith at their own expense. If a member of the host's team is dispatched to assist, a $75 service fee will be charged. Moving furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Booking on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. The person who books must be the person staying. Any exceptions require prior written approval from the host via the booking platform. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the neighbors. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the host. Please leave broken items on the kitchen counter when you leave. Additional charges may apply. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property. A $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. To keep our homes in top shape, light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay. Regularly scheduled exterior services - including lawn care, snow removal, and hot tub maintenance - will proceed without prior notice. For any necessary indoor maintenance or repairs, we will request your permission before entering. Our team is authorized to access the property during business hours once coordinated with you.
