About This Property
Beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath with 2 car carport and beautiful courtyard located in the coveted Cedar Creek subdivision. This home is finished beautifully with hardwood floors throughout, brand new appliances, large rooms, two living rooms, etc. This home is only 3 miles to UGA Vet School and 5 miles to UGA. If interested in scheduling a time to see the home, please read the following to make sure you will qualify. There is a $50 application fee per adult, everyone over the age of 18 will have to fill out an application. You are required to make at least 3 times the rent monthly to qualify (that is with combining all household income but guarantors are allowed for students), you must be able to pass a credit/background check (housing debts will fail you), provide 1 month of income verification and landlord verification. It sounds like a lot, but can usually have applications approved within a day. The security deposit is $1,600.00. Approved pets are allowed with a $300 pet fee per pet (can be split into two payments if needed).
