Groceries, restaurants, ski and snowboard rental shops, and bars are all within close proximity. The Wild Plum grocery store is approximately 100 yards away, and the Village Center with its shops and restaurants is across the street. The edge of the ski slopes and Gondola Square are about 250-300 meters away, making for an easy walk even in ski boots. The surrounding area offers hiking and biking trails, and downtown Steamboat is just 3 miles away via the Yampa River Core Trail. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more people than the number of guests declared in the reservation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Guests may be required to provide additional information or identification documents, and background checks may be performed. A refundable security/damage deposit may be required.
