Relax in the chic living room with a sofa facing a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, and an extra-large TV stand that converts into a comfortable Murphy bed. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, bedside tables, a dresser with mirror, a chest with a SmartTV, and a desk with a monitor, offering a private workspace. This suite includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and granite counters, plus an oversized shower with a bench and multiple nooks. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin trundle underneath, ideal for couples or children. The second full bathroom across the hall has a shower and bathtub. Fish Creek and the Yampa River are just 100 meters away, with a sidewalk leading to the Yampa River Core Trail, perfect for strolling, jogging, biking, and fishing. Rita Valentine Park, with its trails and mountain views, is also nearby. The free Steamboat bus system, with red and blue lines running frequently, provides direct routes to the ski area and downtown, with stops approximately 200-300 meters away on Pine Grove Road. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the non-smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty.
