For light sleepers, tower fans and white noise machines are provided. A hair dryer, handheld steamer, and dryer are available for your use. The first floor contains the living room, half bathroom, and kitchen. The second floor contains the master bedroom, laundry, and master bathroom. The third floor has two queen beds and one twin bed separated by a stairwell. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. The Greater Columbus Convention Center and Short North District are a 5-minute walk away. Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area are less than 1 mile away. Kroger Food Market is less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away. CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/Uber away. Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
