Front and un-fenced back yard is maintained by a landscaping company watered with an automatic sprinkler system. The sidewalks are also maintained by us when snow storms occur. Included is a lockable 150 square foot unfinished basement for storage where the hot water is located and we require a lock code or key to access should repairs be required, substantial accessible off-street parking is available. We have been professionally managing and maintaining residential rental properties since 1984 in Brighton, vacancies are rare because of the way we work with our tenants, manage and maintain our properties extremely well. We do not charge for application or back ground research fees. Base rent is $1,450.00 per month, security deposit equals the amount of the rent. Water, trash and sewer expenses are inclusive, personal apartment renters’ insurance is good reasonably priced product to protect your belongings, our insurance does not cover that for you. Approved well behaved pets will increase this base rent accordingly based on type size and demeanor, proper pet rent insurance coverage is required.
