Thanks for taking a look at 2532 W. Haddon Ave. #1. This is a recently renovated unit on a quiet, wide, tree-lined street. This unit has wonderful natural light, and lots of new lighting throughout for those Chicago winter days. Prior tenants have loved the in-unit washer and dryer, and the abundant storage that is available with this apartment. The house features a patio with furniture out front, and another patio space in the back for grilling or to just enjoy the lovely Chicago evenings. From the backyard, most evenings in the summer you can just hear the live music coming from one of the authentic PR restaurants on Division. This apartment is convenient located within walking distance of everything you need. There is a grocery store around the corner on Division, a CVS a few blocks away on Chicago, and all of the restaurants, bars, and shops along Division. There is an annual block party on the 2500 block of Haddon, as well as multiple street festivals nearby on Division and in Humbolt Park throughout the year. And if none of that suits you, the outdoor spaces at home and the parks nearby are perfect for quiet, relaxing days and evenings outside. This block of Haddon is permit parking only, but as a tenant you can simply add this permit to your city sticker so that you can park on the street. There are always spots available on the block, and usually directly in front of the house. You should never have any issue finding a good spot. I'm always available by phone call or text.
