All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay at our properties. Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices do not record conversations, they only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment. Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be charged. We do not allow parties at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted with prior written approval from the host. Later check-in/out is available for $25.00 per additional hour. This would need to be discussed 42 hours in advance of the check-in/out so that we can confirm if the time is available and so that the cleaning can be scheduled accordingly. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. If a guest is found to have had a party in our space, the guest will be fined $1,000. No smoking of any kind. If there is evidence of smoking after check out, you will be fined $1,000. Washer and dryer is available for use. If guests have their own washing products please make sure the products are "HE". Also please make sure you clean the dryer filter. If any items are damaged during your stay guests will be 100% responsible for the repair and replacement of the damaged items. Absolutely no talking with the building staff. If guests are having any issues regarding the listed accommodation, please contact us. Guests are responsible for any items and accommodations we do not offer. The guests will have access to one key fob. The fob is for Access throughout the building, including elevators, pool, and gym. When you leave the key fob should be placed in the location specified in the checkout instructions. If the key fob is lost or not returned there will be a $200.00 key replacement fee. [SI]
