Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and if evidence of smoking is found, a $1,000 fine will be charged. We do not allow parties at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted with prior written approval from the host. Later check-in/out is available for $25.00 per additional hour. If the key fob is lost or not returned there will be a $200.00 key replacement fee.
