Split level basement apartment - furnished and includes all utilities including wifi. One off street parking spot. Less than a block from Sloans Lake. Fenced yard ok for small dogs. Basic furniture includes bed, sofa, kitchen table, microwave. Bring your own dishes. No dishwasher or disposal. Background check and income verification of 3x rent required. No smoking inside of the unit. During the week of 2/28 we are renovating the unit - painting and some modifications so we will not be able to show the property until March 8. We will post more pictures after then.
