Mariner Lakes 18 offers everything you need for a memorable stay, including a cozy fireplace, and a well-stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. A washer, dryer, and enhanced cleaning protocols ensure your stay is worry-free. Enjoy the shared outdoor pool. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles, and both vehicles must be parked in front of the garage for unit 18. Please do not park in front of other properties. The parking fee is included in the total amount. Gulf State Park is located just a short drive away and offers hiking and biking trails, fishing piers, and a beautiful beach. Adventure Island is a fun family-friendly amusement park with go-karts, mini-golf, and arcade games. The Wharf is a vibrant entertainment district featuring a marina, shops, restaurants, a Ferris wheel, and live music events. Perdido Key State Park is just across the border into Florida and is known for its pristine beaches. Orange Beach Waterfront Park is a scenic park with a fishing pier, picnic areas, playgrounds, and walking trails. Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is a legendary beach bar located on the Florida-Alabama state line, known for live music and delicious seafood. Cotton Bayou Public Beach is a nearby public beach access with free parking and restrooms. Orange Beach Marina offers boat rentals, fishing charters, and dolphin cruises. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
