The bungalow is also central to many hospitals including Adventhealth Tampa/Carrollwood, Moffitt Cancer Center, St Josephs North/South, HCA and TGH facilities. World-famous Clearwater and St Petersburg beaches, Tampa Downtown and river walk are also just a short drive away! Each bedroom is equipped with luxurious king/queen bed for a serene sleep, plentiful charging stations and room darkening shades. The dining area offers a sizable table accommodating 8 people and is open to a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the necessities. The living room offers a nice lake view that you can enjoy from your comfortable sofa or the chase lounge. Enjoy grilling in the beautiful Florida evenings from your backyard patio or take a short stroll to the Adirondack chairs by the lakefront, where you can unwind and enjoy the incredible lake view. The large private backyard with a fenced area is excellent for your approved pets to roam around freely. Orange Grove park is right around the corner, where you can find tennis courts, baseball courts, kids playground and a walking trail. We also provide some indoor/outdoor games available for you and your family to enjoy. The property also provides off street parking for up to four cars.
