The home is very specious three story townhome with two car garage and a home fitness room on the first level that is just a few steps away from the sparkling swimming pool and has outdoor access. The fitness room is equipped with a stationary bike, yoga mat, weights, bands and vibration plate exercise machine. The room is also equipped for a home office with a desk, MacBook laptop connected to HP printer. There is a half bathroom attached to it, as well as outdoor access to a lovely patio with a sitting area. It's a perfect spot if you work from home and love to exercise and want close outdoor access. The living and kitchen areas flow seamlessly into a perfect modern ambiance and feel very comfortable and easy to relax. In the living room there is a 85 inch smart TV, positioned a top of a cozy electric fireplace. The home is furnished very tastefully with quality materials and is in excellent new condition. On the third level there are three bedrooms. The two bedrooms have Quinn size beds and the primary bedroom has a King size bed. Luxurious bedding and fluffy towels are included. There is a full size washer and dryer on the second level. Pets are not allowed. Loud music, loud speaking or any loud noise is against the good neighbor rules and will not be tolerated. The home is perfect for people who enjoy relaxation, meditation, yoga, wellness activities, good restaurants, walks on the beach and amazing shopping. It is also perfect for corporate housing and relocations, looking for a longer term luxury furnished rental in a desirable area and would like to have the ability to enroll in highly rated Kelly Elementary and Carlsbad High School right the way. Guest access The entire space, featuring three full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and an office/fitness room with direct access to the front patio, as well as two car garage. Guests have access to the swimming pool, BBQ area as well as nice walking/jogging options around the complex and near by area.
