The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and cookware you'll need. Sit down to enjoy your meals at the cozy dining table, or take them outside to the private balcony to soak up some fresh air and sunshine. In the bedroom, a luxurious queen-size bed awaits you, complete with high-quality linens and plush pillows. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and comes stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests have access to a range of amenities the building offers. However, guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities, which include the Fitness Centre and Business Centre. A maximum of 2 guests per unit can access these areas for up to 2 hours per day. Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100 per person per day. Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance. Amenities are not for commercial use. For outdoor enthusiasts, the scenic Monon Trail is great for hiking, biking, and jogging. The neighborhood is relatively walkable and bikeable, with several bus stops in the area, including stops for the IndyGo Red Line and various other bus routes. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and on-site parking is available for those with a car. The property is a short drive to downtown Indianapolis and other nearby neighborhoods like Broad Ripple and Meridian Kessler. This is a self-check-in property, and you can access the building from the main entrance. All amenities can be used by guests, but please be respectful of others while using shared amenities. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on the premises. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Noise detection monitors are present. Unauthorized animal or pet incurs a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
