This area is convenient for residents needing to access Interstate 25. Locals enjoy biking to their favorite Jefferson Park attractions, like the Children’s Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus or Downtown Aquarium, from their luxury apartments. Crescent Park is also close by, a great green space nestled alongside the South Platte River.
Residents enjoy the ability to walk to local pubs such as Little Machine Beer or Briar Common Brewery on a Broncos game day. Jefferson Park is near tons of city attractions and the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 2525 Eliot Street Apartments
I love living here. Maintenace is completed quickly management is responsive. The halls and common spaces are cleaned at least twice a week. The walls are thick, and you will rarely hear your neighbors. Restaurants and grocery store less than a block away. The property manager let us move in a day before our lease started, which really helped us out. If you are looking for something clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to Downtown Denver, this is the place to live.
I’ve lived here for 3 years in a 2 bedroom/1 bath. I love my unit. The management has been responsive to my requests and the maintenance team is great. We’re in a great neighborhood as well. I’ve had some great neighbors too. Very dog friendly building.
Moved to a one bedroom sight unseen, going off the floorplan from this site. My living room is 7.5 ft wide, from the front of the fridge to the opposite wall. This space consists of a couch and some houseplants, there’s absolutely nowhere to put a T.V. I’ve lived in smaller studio apartments that have more usable space.
Property Manager at 2525 Eliot Street Apartments, Responded To This Review
The 1BD 1BA apartments are 500 SF. We are extremely sensitive to renters who need to rent site unseen which is not an ideal situation, but we understand is sometimes necessary. We will work directly with this particular tenant if they contact us directly with their concerns. We try to be as responsive and sensitive to concerns within our ability to assist. Our apartments are in very high demand so much so that we can't keep up with the requests for showings that are flowing in every day and we certainly don't want someone to be unhappy without the opportunity to assist. In addition, it is our policy to send a floorplan along with the application approval email so that people will know the exact dimensions. It's possible that I missed this step with this particular person and if I did, it was a mistake on my part, that I would welcome the opportunity to correct.
I was a bit nervous to move here considering the lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I ended up going with this complex. I have almost nothing bad to say. Chris, the property manager, made my move here seamless and easy as I came from out of state. The apartments are exactly like the pictures, modern and clean with lots of bright, natural light. Common areas and hallways are cleaned daily. I have had 2 small maintenance requests that were acknowledged day of and taken care of promptly. Any time I have any questions about anything, Chris replies immediately. My favorite part about this apartment complex is how quiet my neighbors are, which is very important to me. My only negative thing would be the fact that there is a fire hall across the street so sirens go off pretty regularly. It’s very comforting knowing I have this space to come home. You won’t regret making 2525 your home
