I'm looking for folks who'd love to live in a community with closer connections to their neighbors and have a spacious 2 BR/1 BA apt. available for rent May 1. It's located just off Division, in the heart of all the new shops and restaurants and is close to practically everything you could ask for. The bedrooms and great room will be newly carpeted while the kitchen and bathroom have vinyl floors. There's off street parking for one vehicle, just steps from your door, a shared laundry room, and a separate storage room for your use. It's part of a triplex which is next door to my home which consists of 2 units so you'd be part of a 5 unit community. We share a very large and private back yard that even has a fire pit! In your response please tell me a bit about yourselves. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
