Situated within the gated Windward Lakes community, this home offers convenient access to the beach and the outdoor recreation of Gulf State Park. Residents enjoy deeded beach access with reserved parking, a heated and cooled community pool, clubhouse with fitness room and sauna, and tennis courts. Restaurants, shopping, and the white sand beaches of Orange Beach are all just a short walk or drive away. Lawn maintenance and pest control are included. One small dog weighing 25lbs or less is permitted. Cats are not permitted. 7 to 12 month lease terms are available, offering flexibility for tenants who may not need a traditional 12-month lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Linens are not provided. A holding fee is due within 24 hours of approval, and the lease must begin within 14 days of payment. A $75 lease preparation fee is due prior to move-in. Renters insurance is required.
