You have your own parking spot in the back off the alley. Unit has a separate entrance on the side of the home with a fully fenced in yard. Extra storage closet in the basement is shared with upper unit. Rental is within walking distance to Palmer Park, Colorado Springs Country Club, and the Rock Island Trail System. Owner pays for Wi-Fi, trash, and recycling. The rest of the utilities are split evenly with upper unit. No smoking or drugs of any kind. Dogs are allowed with prior approval and with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per dog. Max of 2 dogs. Dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs. Minimum rental income is 2 times the rent with a credit score more than 650. No prior evictions.
