This townhouse is situated on a sunny end-unit in the Lower Greenlaw area. It is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, parks, schools and the library. One bedroom and bath downstairs with 2 bedrooms upstairs sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. The garage can fit two cars plus it has some storage shelving. The backyard is minimal with artificial grass that makes for a nice view year-round. All kitchen appliances are supplied, including a clothes washer and dryer. The living/dining room has a vaulted ceiling with a gas fireplace and a beautiful custom made built-in bookshelf unit made by a local carpenter. No pets of any kind are allowed. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed, including outside on the property. All utilities are the responsibility of the renter. Renters are required to abide by all of the HOA regulations. At time of signing the lease, renter is required to pay one month's rent plus one month deposit, which includes a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Anyone over the age of 18 must complete an application.
