Located smack dab in the middle of Manhattan Beach in the sand section near marine Ave. It's the perfect corporate or business rental. - The last five tenants were business executives and stayed on average 14 months. Ideally we are looking for the same type of tenant. We are open to other types of tenants but they must a quiet guy or gal who is looking for the perfect place to live. The Apartment has a small courtyard perfect for a grill and outdoor seating. Inside comes fully furnished with a plush sleeper sofa. The cabinets are stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans. Electric, gas, water, local phone and wireless internet are included and a newly mounted flat screen TV. **This unit does not have a washer/dryer.**
