Just off the living space, a small patio provides outdoor seating for two, perfect for a quiet moment outside. The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare simple meals during your stay. With ample counter space and a functional layout, it works well for quick breakfasts, shared dinners, or anything in between. The adjacent dining areas make it easy to gather and reconnect over meals. Air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. Guests have access to community amenities that include a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of up to $350. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. One-time pet fees of $150 are per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the fees, weight allowances, and breeds. Un-leashed pet fees are $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up fees are $50.00 per occurrence. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community.
