There is plenty of storage space, along with a separate, optional bike garage. An eco-roof gives the Willamette River a boost. Street parking is ample, and spaces are available for rent from others in the neightborhood. Rent is $2570/month and includes water, sewer, garbage and recycling. First month's rent and one-month deposit for move-in. Renter’s insurance required. A small pet may be ok with a refundable pet deposit of $250. No smoking. Your creative neighbors include designers, filmmakers and entrepreneurs. This little community is located along the Ankeny Street bikeway just blocks from Whole Foods and Restaurant Row on 28th. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis after you tour the space. Tours may be scheduled beginning on 6/26. A complete application for each adult 18 or older who will live in the space and sign the lease will include: a photo id, demonstrated monthly gross income of 2x the rent, and recent rental history. If you do not have a rental history, a qualified co-signer is welcome. No application fee if you provide a copy of your credit score and credit report; otherwise, the screening fee is $40.
