Just off the living area, a small patio or balcony offers outdoor seating for two. A barbecue grill is also available as part of the property’s outdoor amenities. Guests have access to shared community features, including a pool and additional outdoor facilities such as walking and biking trails, a basketball court, and common areas designed for leisure. The property is pet-friendly and offers free parking on the premises. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival and added flexibility throughout your stay. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. The unit is conveniently situated near popular Tampa-area destinations, including the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens, MOSI, nearby parks, and local attractions. Major roads make it easy to explore the surrounding area, whether you’re heading out for family activities, dining, or time outdoors. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200.
