This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 3rd floor is fully renovated and features two smart TVs, an electric fireplace, and a private balcony. The bedroom includes a queen bed, while the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The full chef's kitchen boasts an open layout with an island, stainless steel appliances, an oven, stovetop, range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and a coffee maker with provided filters and coffee. Cooking supplies, utensils, cups, and plates are all provided. The resort offers amenities such as a year-round heated pool, bar and grill poolside, a non-swimming beach for relaxing and suntanning, an outdoor Fitness Island with bodyweight equipment, and an on-site convenience store with essentials like wine, beverages, beer, snacks, milk, eggs, and postcards. Free parking and Wi-Fi are included. The beach is right outside your door, visible from the balcony. Nearby, Whiskey Joe’s beach is just a short walk or Uber ride away. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, including The Big Bamboo Restaurant and Bar at the pool and The Rusty Pelican next door to Sailport, offering waterfront dining. Other nearby spots include the on-site bar and grill, the Rusty Pelican across the street, and both the downstairs and rooftop restaurants at the Current. Whiskey Joes and Ben T. Davis Beach are a very short drive away, and Uber is readily available. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Early check-in and late checkout requests are subject to availability and approval, with a fee of $20 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo, and a $250 penalty will be charged if smoking is detected. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged for assistance, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Emotional Support and Service Animals are permitted with prior notice and approval, with a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet. Guests must clean up after pets, with a $50 penalty for failure to do so. Regular household pets are not allowed. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds are issued for such disturbances. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts on streaming services, with unauthorized charges billed back to the guest plus a $25 service fee. The thermostat should be set to “AUTO” mode and not lower than 71°F. A resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may be liable for damages beyond $500. Personal items left behind will incur a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for their return. Our condo is professionally managed and regularly treated for pests, though occasional bugs are common in Florida. Our concierge service is available 24/7, and we are reachable by app, phone, or text.
