Ben T Davis beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund.
