Enjoy a comfortable stay with luxury linens, a 43” Roku Smart TV, and a full kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, cookware, and utensils. Delight in the complimentary cocktail bar, popcorn maker, and gourmet seasonings, along with a coffee station complete with K-cup, French press, and electric kettle. Free parking is available, although trailers, campers, and boats are not allowed. Guests can enjoy resort amenities, but some may be unavailable until late 2024 or early 2025 due to hurricane damage repairs. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with prior notice and approval, subject to a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Located in Rocky Point, the neighborhood is mostly comprised of condos and some hotels, attracting tourists with a few restaurants including The Pelican and the resort's bar and grill. While the resort has a private beach, it is not suitable for swimming due to a surrounding rock wall. For ocean swimming, guests can visit Whiskey Joes or Ben T. Davis Beach, both within a short drive or walk. Smoking is prohibited, and any smoke damage will incur a $250 penalty. No parties are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests overnight and 2 additional guests during the day. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
