Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment is a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. The apartment is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
