This apartment is a 100% smoke-free home, excluding outdoor areas. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged if our schedule permits, but fees may apply. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and a gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. A $250 minimum charge will be applied for any emergency plumbing service call. Pets or guests that own pets have stayed on the property, so pet hair or dander may still be present even after cleanings. Please lock all doors and windows before leaving, as you will be held responsible for any missing items. Violation of house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund.
