About 250 River St Kent, OH 44240
I am looking for a roommate to fill one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment starting August 1, 2018. I am a femme senior at KSU studying Applied Conflict Management. I prefer to keep the apartment relatively quite and neat; occasional dinner parties and other small gatherings are welcome, but nothing too wild or too frequent. With that said, I am happy to hang out together. I eat pretty healthy, and I love cooking with other people, but if you don't want to eat together, that is also fine. If you speak a language other than English, I ask you to teach me :) The apartment is mostly furnished, and parking and laundry is available. It is on the third floor of the building with a small balcony. Therapy animals are welcome, and non-therapy cats are also allowed, but there is a pet deposit. The apartment is next to the Kent Public Library and is a 5 minute walk to downtown Kent or a 20 minute walk to the KSU Campus. A trail across the street goes to the river and is good for running or hiking. Rent is $325/person plus half of the gas and electric bill. Water is included.
