Portland is a 25 minute drive. - Short drive to the following towns.... Hollis, Waterboro, Alfred, Arundel, Dayton, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Buxton, and Gorham. - Near Old Orchard Beach, Camp Ellis, Hills Beach, Biddeford Pool, Fortunes Rocks, Goose Rocks Beach, and Cape Porpoise. - This unit is the largest in the building, previously occupied by owners, still carrying decorations and lots of love! - Utilities included in rent: Heat, Hot Water, Cold Water, Sewer and Snow Removal (Tenant is expected to perform minor shoveling where snow plow does not reach)! Tenant pays the electric bill. - Off street parking for two cars in addition to street parking. As for background checks, we are more concerned with serious misdemeanors and felony records.
